Deposit and Payment Procedures

• Deposits are fully refundable until 8 days prior to check-in date, also known as the “Free Cancellation Window”.
• For reservations made 32 days or more prior to guest arrival, a deposit of $200 per reservation is due at the time of booking or the reservation is not confirmed.
• For reservations made 31 days or less prior to guest arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made.
• By placing a deposit, I consent to Undercover Tourist charging my credit card on file for the remaining balance at 30 days prior to check-in. I understand if the balance due is not paid before the Free Cancellation Window ends, my deposit may be refunded and my reservation will be canceled.

Cancellation and Refunds

• For cancellations made 8 days or more prior to guest arrival, amounts paid, including any deposit and balance, will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 2 days to 7 days prior to guest arrival, a 5% cancellation fee on the total hotel or package price (refunded 95%) on any stays 2-nights or more will apply.
• For cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the hotel or package is non-refundable.
